Volumes containing rules and regulations, work orders, procedures, and policies of Bellevue Hospital and the New York City Department of Hospitals, 1936-1960; and annual reports of Bellevue and Allied Hospitals (Fordham Hospital, Harlem Hospital, and Neponsit Beach Hospital), 1901-1945. Publications are BELLEVUER, a newspaper, 1961-1975; and its successor, BELLEVUE BULLETIN, 1976-1986; some brochures of the hospital; and annual reports of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation which incorporated Bellevue Hospital, beginning in 1970. Several scrapbooks of news clippings about activities of the hospital and its patients, mid-1930s-1960; and public relations volumes containing information documenting health-related issues in New York City concerning Bellevue Hospital, mid-1960s-1986. Also includes reference material about individuals associated with the hospital and historic events which took place at Bellevue.
